This policy applies to Metronome - Tempo, BPM Counter for iOS from Novawise Tech. It covers practice features, usage and diagnostic information, purchases, and information you send to support.
Practice features and microphone access
Tempo settings, setlists, timers, and recordings are used to provide your practice tools. Microphone access is used for the music recorder when you choose to record. You can manage microphone permission in iOS Settings. If you share a recording or select an external destination, that destination handles the information you send under its own privacy practices.
Usage and diagnostic information
Product-interaction information and crash and performance diagnostics may be collected for analytics and app functionality. These are the usage and diagnostic categories declared in the app's App Store privacy information. This technical information helps us understand feature use and investigate reliability problems; it is separate from a support message you choose to send.
Apple purchases
Apple processes App Store payments. The app receives purchase and entitlement information needed to unlock paid features and restore eligible purchases. We do not receive your full payment-card details from Apple. Apple handles your Apple Account and payment information under its own privacy policy.
Storage, retention, and service providers
We use information to operate the features described in this policy, diagnose problems, improve the app, and respond to support requests. Providers process the information needed for those services. Information may be processed outside your country under the provider's privacy terms.
Local content remains until you delete it or remove app data, subject to system backups. Support correspondence is retained while needed to handle the request and related records. Analytics and diagnostic retention depends on the provider and service configuration; this policy does not promise that uninstalling immediately deletes those records. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Support and privacy requests
If you email support@novawisetech.com, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. Send only what is needed to explain your request. Do not send passwords, verification codes, recovery credentials, or private content unless necessary and you agree to share it.
Contact us at that address to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information held by Novawise Tech. We may need to verify that a request concerns your information. Data held by Apple or another provider is also subject to that provider's controls and retention practices.
Children's privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to our services, contact support@novawisetech.com so we can review the request and take appropriate action.
Changes to this policy
