These Terms apply to MP3 Player, Offline Player, EQ for iOS, provided by Novawise Tech. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use it.
The app
An offline music player for importing audio files, local playback, playlists, metadata editing, and equalizer controls. Wi-Fi transfer and file-provider integrations require the relevant device or network services.
Purchases, subscriptions, and restoration
The app offers in-app purchases, including monthly or yearly memberships and a lifetime upgrade where offered. Prices, currency, billing period, included benefits, and any trial or introductory conditions are shown in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation before you agree to pay. Available offers can vary by region and eligibility.
Apple bills the Apple Account used for the purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless canceled through Apple. Manage or cancel them in iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. If you do not want a trial to renew, Apple advises canceling at least 24 hours before the trial ends. A lifetime upgrade is a one-time purchase rather than a recurring subscription.
Use the app's Restore Purchases option with the same Apple Account to restore eligible subscriptions or non-consumable upgrades. Contact support if restoration fails. For purchases billed by Apple, request any eligible refund through reportaproblem.apple.com; approval and availability depend on Apple and applicable rights. These Terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your content and permitted use
You retain your rights in content you create or import. You must have permission to use it and must comply with applicable law. Do not use the app or supporting services to infringe others' rights, send abuse, or interfere with service security. App software and supplied artwork remain the property of their respective owners. Open-source and third-party materials retain their applicable licenses.
Keep independent copies of important files. Removing the app, clearing data, losing a device, or a failed backup or synchronization may cause data loss. The privacy policy for this app explains its data processing and available controls.
Availability, updates, and your rights
The app and supporting services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Compatibility and features may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or successful backup or recovery. Any limits on warranties or liability apply only where permitted and do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.
